RED CHILLERS

Wine Nazi rules tell us that we are drinking our whites too cold and our reds too warm. Who gives a shit what the rules say though - if freezing white or boiling red starts your engine then do it. I do love a chilled red though on a Summers afternoon. They don't neccessarily have to be light wines, but the fruitier ones tend to go better, low tannin works. Like the Alt.
