Burgundy
Burgundy is split into two. The Cote de Nuits in the North produces only red from Pinot Noir and boasts famous appellations such as Gevrey Chambertain, Vosne Romanee and Nuits St. George. The Cote de Beaune produces Pinot Noir most famously in Volnay and Pommard but is more famous for it's stunning Chardonnays from Meursault, Chassagne Montrachet and Puligny Montrachet.
