Beaujolais
Beaujolais has long been tarnished by it's association with Nouveau (which itself has now improved to viability). South of Burgundy, it focuses mostly on reds made from the Gamay grape. It's also notable for the lack of chemical intervention in its wines - another region that claims to be the birthplace of natural wine. Beaujolais is much more complex, stylish and detailed than its reputation suggests, particularly if you are drinking from one of the 10.
