Drink more Riesling! There is a dread of the Riesling flute, maybe because of Blue Nun or the Piesporter sweet wines of the 80s in Irish bistros. In truth most Rieslings are dry (label will read Trocken which is dry in German), though there is a classification for their sweet wines which are some of the greatest whites in the world.
