The Station to Station this month is a full BURGUNDY take over! Following on from the fantastic Monopole we offered from Nico Potel we wanted to showcase more of Burgundy, and so my 3 favourite things this month are Burgundy, divided into three: The Cote d’Or (Burgundy, or simply The Cote) can be divided into Cote de Nuits in the North (producing Red) and Cote de Beaune in the South (producing Red and white) In additions to these main 2 regions, there are a number of Satellite, or surrounding regions such as Chablis (producing White).
