Before we get into the business end of the year and Christmas (I went there!) I like to run back to back months focusing on my true wine passions, next up; Burgundy. It's the best of times; it's the worst of times. The white is all Chardonnay, and the red is all Pinot Noir, and it never gets that simple again! A patchwork of terroir-led vineyards and appellations, it's amazing that the same grapes have so many faces.
