Forget the Wally's Hut, Yellowtail and Hardy's. Australia is making some of the most compelling wines in the world. New Zealand is decidededly cooler climate which deals in similar varieties. South Africa has its own take on Chenin Blanc called Steen and they also do a lot of International varieties as well as the diabolical Pinotage, which you won't find here!
