There are a few things going on here that make this a remarkable deal. This is fully organic Macabeo/Garnacha Blanc. It is all hand harvested and the fruit is all old vine - 70 years old! These ancestral vines produce stunningly pure fruit, beautiful citrus & passion fruits with notes of wild herbs. Really fresh acidity is backed by a little bit of ageing on lees to give a little extra texture. Oh, and most importantly - it's bloody delicious.
