Serraluna are a Tuscan producer famous for their red Montepulciano and their Super Tuscan styles. They also make some seriously delicious white wine that is perfect for this time of year.
TREBBIANO is a dry white wine and the signature (and nearly only) white variety that is widely grown in Tuscany. Known as Ugni Blanc in France, it is dry, high acid, savoury and with medium alcohol and body. This has all the typical Treb. hallmarks of citrus and orchard fruits, white peach, sea shell and a hint of basil. This is s killer seafood or lunch wine, best of all though, no food required.
