BOTA BOTA ROSADO is made in Cariñena, Spain by Irishman Ray O'Connor. Like his Tinto, the Rosado is made from Organic Garnacha. Ray is an ambassador for Vin de Provence and is essentially a Rose expert and it shows here. He makes this wine with a super light pressing of the grapes, which serves to keep both the colour and flavours very light and elegant.
