T is for Tuscany

Tuscany, the land of wine and wonder is ground zero for red production in Italy. Her wines are incredible gastro wines, match them with boar, pasta and pizza!



Starting with a Montepulciano from Irish Wine maker (in Italy!) Serraluna, the ultimate pizza wine, its big brother, nicknamed the Baby Super Tuscan is more dense and powerful. Sagoma Rosso is a workhorse Sangiovese, while Querciabella Chianti Classico is quite frankly up there with the best Chianti Classicos in the region. Tenuta Buon Tempo Rosso di Montalcino is a Baby Brunello, while Ornellaia Le Volte is the Super Tuscan OG and arguably the most famous name in Bolgheri.
