Hautes-Cotes de Beaune is, like all of his wines, biodynamic, and completely hand made, using very little oak (10% new oak, rest very neutral), no chemicals whatsoever and all of the fruit totally de-stemmed for freshness, purity & clarity.
There are 10 x 6-Packs, this wine is €258 RRP but we are doing 30% OFF €179 IN THE 6-PACK. This is stunning value for a bit of Red Burgundy. Drinkable now but ideally let settle a couple of months.
