The 2021 Palafreno, 100% Merlot, is a gorgeous, exotic beauty. Dark and layered in the glass, with captivating inner perfume, the 2021 is a very sexy wine that just needs time in bottle. Blueberry, spice, licorice and black pepper open first, with a strong, sweet floral overtone that add notable lift. I can't wait to taste this with more time in bottle. 98 POINTS, VINOUS
