Riva Leone with it's Wild West motif packaging, based deep in the commune of Barolo, is famous for it's traditional, old school Baroli. The 2018 bottling here is super classic, with waves of maraschino cherry, dragon fruit and chocolate, notes of truffle and crushed roses. Elegant structure befitting of the 2018 vintage, great typicity, balance, complexity. What can i say other than me first!
