Maxime Blin is a Grower Champagne, meaning all of the fruit is estate grown (as opposed to bought in from loads of sources as the Grand Marque Champagnes do). It is made in much smaller quantities - the ultimate boutique product. Maxime Blin is also fully organic, very rare for a Champagne. Its from Trigny.
