The 2021 Sénéjac has a light red berry and briar nose, retaining that element of blood orange that imparts a little complexity. It does need more vigor. The palate is better, with fine tannins and fresh acidity, quite vibrant with red cherries and redcurrant jus. Nicely structured on the finish, it has just the right amount of bitterness.
