Chenin Blanc may just be the easiest white grape in the world to love. It's got loads of acidity, can be made in a range of styles and at its best has lovely firm texture as opposed to weight like Chardonnay.
Staring in the new wold, a rather serious Chenin from Craven, displaying a bit of bottle age and development. Folk Machine Chenin has all of that aforementioned texture but with loads of freshness. There are 4 from the Loire, Pressoir Elegance is a midweight, organic offering, Equilibriste is an easy drinking number. Anjou Blanc is altogether more detailed, while the Alienor is aged in oak for real complexity.
