Clare and Eden Valley made some absolutely stellar dry Riesling, a style Australia is increadibly famous for. Adelaide Hills is possibly the most exciting region, a cool climate hotbed specialising in Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Shiraz. Grenache is grown all over.
