The Rhone Valley is split in 2, Northern Rhone & Southern Rhone. The South is generally Grenache-led blends, it contains the bohemouth appellation of Cote-du-Rhone as well as the famous Chateauneuf-du-Pape and up and coming Gigondas and Lirac.
