Côte Chalonnaise (and Chablis)
Côte Chalonnaise is the epicenter for (comparative) value in Burgundy, making loads of red and white, it also has the Bouzeron appellation, responsible for white made with the increasingly relevant Aligote. Chablis, closer to Champagne has seen prices soar in recent years due to it's Northern aspect and exposure to the effects of climate change (erratic weather events).
