All other White Grapes

This is an incredible wine. Very, very pale pink. A colour you could look at for hours. Forget what you think you know about Rose, this is different.

Sheery made using estate Palomino grapes. Matured via 'solera and criadera' system with tiers of casks for 12 years. Savoury. Scintillating.

Bigger style of Sherry, still dry and savoury, deeply complex with waves of detail. Again, get the olives and almonds out!

Typical Manzannilla, dry, saline, savoury. Kick back and drink this with a single glass of ice and a big bowl of olives.

Wow. This is an experience. Layers and waves of aromatics and flavours, great acidity. So complex and yet so gluggable.

Palomino is the white grape used in Sherry, usually quite challenging, but this is delicious to the last drop!

Come and 'ave a go if you think you're 'ard enough. This is super challenging and unusual, but spellbinding and memorable.

New in the range this year is a second Aligoté wine from the Bouzeron AOP, the only communal-level Burgundy appellation for Aligoté-based wines.
