The vineyard is farmed organically and the wine saw both new, lightly toasted 400L Stockinger barrel and older wood (50/50). This is a bit of a wow wine, the mystical addition of 10% Pinot Blanc gives it a super old school feel - a great addition to the stable! STSWine
