Maxime Blin is the master of the Trigny Champagne Terroir. Grower Champagne refers to a Champagne that is all estate grown and produced in way smaller volumes than the Grand Marque.

The Cali Chardonnnay is from Sandhi in the Central Coast and Rajat Parr who simply must be America's most famous wine maker at this stage. Stylish, balanced, White Burgundy style Chardy.

The Pauillac is 2019 from a terrific new label (but old producer), classically styled, deep, structured and complex!
