Rueda (Spanish Region)

Rueda is a patchork of vineyards and meadows, specialising in sheep's milk and cheese, nuts and agricultural products and of course wine. Verdejo is the grape of choice and is completely unique to this area - it makes super clean and incisive dry white wines.
