Hungary
If (and this will be particularly true of WSET students) you dread the thought of Hungarian wine because of acetate Bulls Blood of Eger and thin Characterless Furmint, you need to look again. Hungary is producing interesting and spectacular wines having recently moved away from International varieties and methods back towards indigenous varieties and methods.
